US Issue Fire Fighter Jacket. Generally associated with Navy flight deck fire gear. It is a Nomex, fire-resistant/proof jacket. It has a lightweight quilted lining, corduroy collar. Steel clasps close the jacket with additional VELCRO brand closures on top. It has attachments for harnesses and has a reflector. Has a gloveless glove for ease of hand movement. Some are marked with the previous owner's name. Great big cargo pockets are on the front. It's great for working outside. Welders who work with flying fire sparks would be protected in this.
